Richard, Emily and Janet were a blessing to have on our first home buying team, we had absolutely no issues and they did everything to make it a wonderful experience. Richard is incredibly genuine, very honest and trustworthy. From the first house viewing, he was great. He helped us navigate the offer process with the seller (as a first time buyer we had no idea what to do), he spoke with the neighbours before we moved in and made sure the gardens weren't overgrown for our move in day, they all truly went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you for everything you did for us, we recommend you to everyone we can!

From the moment Richard & Emily came around to value our property, right the way through to final completion, we had nothing less than first class service. They handled this Probate sale with understanding and sensitivity, and managed the open house and all of the subsequent viewings to our entire satisfaction. The valuation turned out to be spot on and we were delighted to achieve a sale price of just a couple of percent below the asking price. More importantly, when faced with difficulties down the chain on a couple of occasions, Richard worked tirelessly to keep things on track for us.
