Richard Lowth

Richard Lowth MNAEA MARLA - Co-Founder

Richard lives and breathes the family business which he started with wife Janet in March 2003. Richard is a member of The National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents and has spent all his working life as an estate agent around the South Manchester and Cheshire areas, having over 40 years experience in the business.

Richard and Janet married in 1988 and have three children, Daniel, Oliver and Emily. Away from the office Richard is a keen runner and if he can't be found running the roads, he enjoys taking their family dog Seb on lots of walks.


Janet Lowth

Janet Lowth - Co-Founder

Janet was Richard's greatest supporter in starting the business in 2003 and in working in what is now, very much a joint partnership. Janet is very much the back bone on a day to day basis, being a strong calming influence and is involved in every aspect of the business of sales, rentals and the crucial behind the scenes organisation.

Richard and Janet live in Bramhall and when she can't be seen running around due to family life, Janet can be found enjoy her garden and making their house a home.


Emily Lowth

Emily Lowth - Client & Property Executive

Emily has been brought up in the family business from a very early age, working alongside both her parents gaining a vast amount of knowledge has now become an invaluable asset to the company. Having grown up in the area all her life, going to Bramhall High School, Emily has an extensive amount of knowledge on the local surroundings. Emily purchased her first home in 2019 and then her second in 2023 and knows all too well the stresses involved in moving and renovating properties, but always manages to bring a calm approach to everything she does. 

Away from the office, Emily enjoys life with her husband, Josh and their dog Martha. Emily is a keen runner and can be found taking part in local park runs around the area.

" Once again Richard and his family provided a superb 5* service from start to finish. Richard sold our property for us 7 years ago and did a fantastic job so when it was time for us to move on again there was never any question about who we'd use. This time around I'd say that the service was even better with the permanent addition of the lovely Emily to the team! We all thought that it would be a relatively quick and pain-free sale again but circumstances out of our control meant that the chain below us collapsed twice before we finally achieved a successful sale.
